It's a picture I took when I was about 12 or 13 years old, the foal on the picture is dead by now. He died when he was 2-3 years old, he got hit by a car.

This really is haunting, almost. With the focus you have he seems to be in a little world of his own. Poor little guy... that's a horrible way to go. He looks so happy here, though. :(

He was happy there. :) As far as I know, he died instantly, so he didn't have to suffer.

Ahhh, well that's good to know. Is that Mommy in the background? Foals are so precious in their antics... I wish there were some I could spend more time around.

..I wish I still rode, I haven't touched a horse for more than two years!

Aww, I couldn't imagine that! Just don't have the time anymore or...? I'm pretty busy myself and can get out once a week if I'm lucky. Some day I will have lots of horsies of my own and I will be one happy girl.

He and other colt jumped out of the pasture which was right next to a road. He jumped in front of a truck I think(I no longer ride at this place, so I only know what others have told me), the other one was fine, though.
